Soften Lines and Refresh Your Appearance

Neurotoxin treatments have become one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in the world, and for good reason. These quick, minimally invasive injections can soften forehead lines, smooth crow’s feet, relax frown lines, and create a refreshed, more youthful appearance without surgery, significant downtime, or the artificial look that concerns many patients.

At Madison Jane, our neurotoxin treatments are performed by trained professionals who understand facial anatomy and the art of subtle enhancement. We focus on preserving natural movement and expression while addressing the specific lines and wrinkles that bother you most.

How Neurotoxins Work

Wrinkles form when we repeatedly contract the same facial muscles over years of smiling, frowning, squinting, and expressing ourselves. Over time, these dynamic wrinkles become etched into the skin even when our face is at rest.

Neurotoxins work by temporarily relaxing the targeted facial muscles that cause these lines. When the muscle can’t contract as forcefully, the overlying skin smooths out. The result is softer lines and a more relaxed appearance that still allows for natural facial expression when administered by a skilled injector.

Results typically begin to appear within a few days, with full effects visible in one to two weeks. Most treatments last three to four months, at which point muscle activity gradually returns and maintenance treatments can be scheduled.

Our Neurotoxin Options

Botox®

Botox is the original and most recognized neurotoxin brand, with decades of clinical use and FDA approval for multiple cosmetic and medical applications. Its track record of safety and effectiveness makes it a trusted choice for wrinkle reduction.

At Madison Jane, Botox is commonly used to treat crow’s feet around the eyes, horizontal forehead lines, and the vertical “eleven” lines between the brows. Treatment is quick, typically taking 10 to 15 minutes, with no downtime required. Results appear gradually over the following days and typically last three to four months.

Jeuveau

Jeuveau is a newer FDA-approved neurotoxin specifically developed and approved for cosmetic use. Sometimes called “Newtox,” it’s designed exclusively for aesthetic treatment of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows.

Many patients appreciate Jeuveau’s fast-acting results and natural-looking finish. Our injectors can help you determine whether Jeuveau is the right choice for your aesthetic goals, particularly if you’re seeking treatment for glabellar lines.

Xeomin

Xeomin offers a unique approach to neurotoxin treatment. Often called the “naked” neurotoxin, Xeomin is purified to remove complexing proteins, leaving only the active ingredient that relaxes muscles. This streamlined formulation means you’re receiving precisely what’s needed without additional additives.

Some patients prefer Xeomin because its purity may reduce the likelihood of developing resistance over time. It’s FDA-approved for treating moderate to severe frown lines and delivers results comparable to other neurotoxins.

Treatment Areas

Neurotoxins at Madison Jane can address forehead lines (horizontal lines across the forehead), glabellar lines (the “eleven” lines between the brows), crow’s feet (lines radiating from the outer corners of the eyes), and other areas where dynamic wrinkles have formed. During your consultation, we’ll discuss which areas concern you and recommend a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

What to Expect

Neurotoxin injections are quick and relatively comfortable, with most patients describing the sensation as a brief pinch. No anesthesia is typically needed, though we can apply topical numbing if preferred. You can return to normal activities immediately, though we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and lying down for several hours after treatment.

Some patients experience mild redness or swelling at injection sites, but this usually resolves within hours. Bruising is possible but relatively uncommon. Full results develop over one to two weeks, revealing smoother, more relaxed facial features that still move naturally.
