Hi, I’m Lexi! I am a licensed esthetician at Madison Jane Aesthetics and Hydration. I graduated from esthetician school in March 2025 and am passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin through personalized, results-driven treatments.
I enjoy working at Madison Jane where I am able to collaborate with a knowledgeable team and provide advanced treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. I am committed to growing my skills, staying current in the aesthetics industry, and creating a space where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

I have been employed at Madison Jane since May 2025, where I’ve gained valuable experience and developed a genuine appreciation for the med spa industry. I take pride in my work and enjoy contributing to a welcoming, professional, and high-quality environment. I am committed to providing attentive service and helping ensure every client has a positive experience at Madison Jane.
Mia Caudell
My name is Mia Caudell, and I am a senior at East Lincoln High School, a company member at Expressions Dance Studio, and an employee at Madison Jane Aesthetics and Hydration. One of the things I love most about Madison Jane is the opportunity to help clients not only look their best, but feel their best as well. I also value the creativity and skills I’ve gained in this role—especially in social media marketing and learning what it takes to help a business thrive.
After graduating, I plan to attend a four-year university majoring in business management and entrepreneurship while continuing my dance career. The skills I’ve developed at Madison Jane Aesthetics and Hydration are preparing me for my long-term goal of becoming a dance studio owner and manager.
Our estheticians hold current licenses and ongoing training in the latest facial techniques, including dermaplaning, LED therapy, and advanced exfoliation methods. Our injectable specialists maintain certifications in neurotoxin and dermal filler administration, with extensive experience in facial anatomy and natural-looking results. Every provider at Madison Jane is dedicated to staying current with industry advances and best practices.
