With more than 23 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have dedicated my career to caring for patients with compassion, skill, and a genuine love for helping others feel their best. Madison Jane is named after my daughters, and the business is a reflection of the same care, confidence, and attention to detail I want for them and for every client. My background spans both clinical practice and clinical research, giving me a deep understanding of safety, evidence based care, and the importance of individualized treatment.
Over the years, I discovered a true passion for aesthetics and skin health. I believe that aesthetic medicine is not about changing who you are — it’s about enhancing the natural beauty you already have. My name is Mia Caudell, and I am a senior at East Lincoln High School, a company member at Expressions Dance Studio, and an employee at Madison Jane Aesthetics and Hydration. One of the things I love most about Madison Jane is the opportunity to help clients not only look their best, but feel their best as well. I also value the creativity and skills I’ve gained in this role—especially in social media marketing and learning what it takes to help a business thrive.
After graduating, I plan to attend a four-year university majoring in business management and entrepreneurship while continuing my dance career. The skills I’ve developed at Madison Jane Aesthetics and Hydration are preparing me for my long-term goal of becoming a dance studio owner and manager.
